I love to relax in the evening and take my two dogs for a walk. It is a great way to unwind after a crazy day and has added benefits like: Exercise, Burning up some extra calories, and getting my dogs much needed time outside.
I don't know about you, but I am always concerned being out at night and that we will not show up to on coming traffic; or worse yet we will not be found until morning if something happened. That is why I am thankful I was contacted by dog training collars ( www.dogtrainingcollars.com ) and provided Safe Glow Dog Collars to review and One to Giveaway to a Lucky Winner!! What an excellent and useful dog collar that actually glows in many different ways.
The Safe Glow dog collar ($29.95 retail value) is made of wear-resistant nylon and houses a flexible, light-transmitting polymer core that illuminates when the collar is turned on.
I love that Safe Glow Dog Collars can be turned on and off. As, there are many times the glow feature is not needed and this way my pups can keep on the same collar, but it can be adapted for night use by the easy click of a button. As an added feature these collars also reflect light when not on. They remind me of my running shoes which have reflective strips on them.
Don't worry about having the bulb go out in these well crafted dog collars, as they are powered by a super-efficient (100,000 hour) LED bulb.
This amazing LED bulb offers three different settings. I took video of each setting so you can see how bright and different each are. There is no doubt your furry friend will stand out!

Above it the first setting of steady.
This is the second setting which is flashing.
And the third setting...flashing quickly.
To change the setting you just have to push the button in again. So far so good on how our Safe Glow Collars have held up. The clasp seems like it is going to last forever. It snaps together very firmly. I like that the collars are offered in different adjustable sizes to meet your pet needs. Here is the sizing chart.
Our lab named Lucky took the large size and it works perfectly. I will admit that I haven't taken him by our local lake with this collar on. I am concerned what might happen if it gets wet and we like it too much to have it possibly ruined.
And I can't forget to mention our Corgi, Radar wears a size medium and he has a lot of room to get bigger and it still will fit after some adjustment. If you don't have a dog, I think a smaller size would fit a cat perfectly.
So as a recap - the features I love are:
The strong and sturdy clasp.
How easy it is the adjust for size and it stays in place.
The three speed feature of the LED light that will last almost forever.
Almost forgot to mention, I love how it comes with a loop to attach your pets tags
Cons:
It is not totally water proof.
