Disclaimer: Jamba and Seattle's Best provided me with a free samples of their product to review, and I was under no obligation to review it if I so chose. Nor was I under any obligation to write a positive review in return for the free product and giveaway.

The Holidays are right around the corner and every last cent we can save can make a huge difference when it comes to all the shopping.  Ahhhh...the Shopping!

But, along with shopping somehow entails trips to the coffee shops to get indulgent icy blended coffee drinks and smoothies.  And now think about the last time this happened.  How much money did you spend on this one stop?  My guess would be at least $5 or maybe more.

I want to say....NO MORE COFFEE SHOPS!!!  Prepare your own blended ice coffee at home and even smoothies for a fraction of the cost.....and these ones will taste just as good, if not better.

When I say these ones....

What I mean is....

The Seattle's Best Frozen Coffee blends and Jamba Frozen Smoothie Kits.

And to save a few people even more money - You will have a chance at the end of this post to enter to be 1 of the 3 lucky winners - who will each recieve1 FREE Coupon for a bag of Seattle's Best Coffee Blends and 1 Free Coupon for a bag of Jamba All Natural Smoothie Kit - Total value of each prize is  $7.95.

I must say I had never heard of Seattle's Best Frozen Coffee blends until I was given the opportunity to sample a few bags and give my experience with them.  And I must say - I have continued to buy them.

I am totally in love with the Mega Mocha flavor.  It is better then any coffee shop blended coffee drink I have had.

And let me tell you it is so simple to make a Seattle's Best Frozen Coffee blends drink.

All you need is a blender (I use a small personal sized blender) and some milk.
Open the bag of your Seattle's Best Frozen blends and measure out the milk you need.  I like that you can customize the thickness of your frozen beverage, by adding more a less milk.
Add the contents of the bag into the milk and then get busy blending, until your gourmet coffee house blended drink is ready and an affordable price.
I love the combination of the coffee and the chocolate.  It is like Seattle's Best Coffee made this flavor just for me.  And if you are not a chocolate fan you can also purchase Coffee Chiller, Very Vanilla or Creamy Caramel.

Each Seattle's Best Coffee blends is made with high quality. 100% arabica coffee beans.  And only a 130 calories or less per serving and 10 grams of sugar.  And zero trans fats.  A single package makes 2 eight ounce servings.  Suggested retail is only $2.99 to $3.49 a bag.

And I also had the chance to enjoy more of the Jamba frozen smoothie kits.  We tried these a long time ago and continue to be fans.  I am bummed that our local stores haven't started carrying the new Green Fusion veggie smoothie kit.  It sounds delicious as it combines green apple, mango, pineapple, kiwi, banana, broccoli, spinach and spirulina.  It is suppose to be sweet and hearty with just 120 calories.  I also haven't seen the Greek Smoothie options.  But I keeping checking the frozen isles.

We have tried three of Jamba All Natural Smoothies kits.  My favorite is the Strawberries Wild.

Here is the steps to making your own Jamba Smoothie.  Measure out the necessary 100% Apple Juice (I have used orange juice that worked great too) into your blender and add the contents of what every flavor of Jamba Smoothie kit you have on hand (the images below are of the Caribbean Passion).

Blend and Enjoy!

Perfectly smooth and creamy!
