Are you Heart Healthy? Use Campbell's Recipes and coupons to get you and your family on track.

**This post is sponsored by Campbell Soup Company but they opinions are 100% my own.
I will be the first to admit how difficult it can be to juggle your family's life and your own.  How do you find time to get everything done?  How to you find the time to make healthier food choices that will make a positive difference?
It think the best way to make the transition to healthier food choices and in turn lifestyle choices is to find easy ways have what you need on hand.  Seek out recipes and make sure you get to the store with your list so you are ready to make heart healthy recipes all week long.  I know I am such a list person and if I pre-plan our meals - I am more likely to stick with it.  I am also a firm believer in exercise with out excuses.  That is why I work out in the comfort of my kitchen.  I really do.  Workout videos work for me and long walks with my family are a great way to get exercise and socialize.
I noticed that Campbell's Soup offers amazing heart healthy recipes and tips which can help anyone with these life changing transformation.
Here are five of my favorite recipes (which are American Heart Association Certified Recipes) that I can't wait to try and see what my family will think.
Turkey Meatloaf...We are already using ground turkey in many recipes that call for ground beef.  It is a great way to make delicious meals that still are moist and full of flavor.
And I have a son that can't get enough rice.  It would eat rice for every meal. And all my boys love "trees".  So this recipe for Broccoli Cheddar Rice will certainly be a hit for everyone!

I can't leave out a Heart healthy recipe for my hubby.  He loves spicy, flavorful dishes.  So Louisiana-Style Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Skillet will be fun to try out.  Heat and Heart Health.

Any what family doesn't love pizza.  But pizza can be pretty unhealthy.  So what about this recipe for Pizza Primavera with Cauliflower Crust?  Doesn't that sound interesting?  I think it does.  I will have to let you know how it goes.  But if you try it before we do, please let me know.

And I found a great Lent recipe to try this Friday.  It is also Certified by the American Heart Association....Tilapia & Vegetable Casserole.

So I had better make me list and get shopping in the morning!

Don't miss out on all the great coupons and special offers that Campbells offers.  Just click here and get busy making heart healthy changes.
