Feel the burn in 10 minutes - How much did you eat today?

So what did you eat within the last 24 hours?  Are you having guilty feelings?  Did you sneak an extra piece or two of that leftover Easter candy?  It is so important to keep track of all the calories you consume during your day.  It will help keep you on track towards a healthier lifestyle.  And don't forget the importance of exercise.  Healthy eating and exercise go hand in hand.  Stay Healthy and Fit!
