As a busy mom, I am always on the look out for simple, healthy and easy ways to feed my family of growing boys.  And of one their absolute favorite meal items is pasta!  Yes, Pasta...Pasta...Pasta.  Pasta with sauce...pasta with clams and olive oil....pasta with Italian dressing...Do you want me to continue?  And I am so thankful to Anthony's Pasta providing me with their New and Amazing Pasta Line to help with my review...I have a new way to serve my family healthy and well balanced pasta meals.

In the past one of our go too pasta choices was and still will continue to be Anthony's Whole Wheat Pasta.  But I am also in love with Anthony's Pasta NEW Line of Pasta called Hidden Veggie.

Look at the great shipment I received to try out this great invention...to help incorporate veggies into pasta without any changes to the texture, color or flavor (which is soooo important when I am trying to serve this to my 3 young boys).  And I must stay Anthony's has succeed again!

Let me tell you a little about Anthony's Hidden Veggie Pasta. 

Each 4oz serving of pasta contains 1 serving of vegetables.  The veggie blend incorporates sneakily into each perfect piece of pasta....carrots, sweet corn and squash.

I love that Hidden Veggie pasta is prepared just the same and traditional dried pasta, with very simple to follow instructions on each box.

Bring water to a boil and add a little salt for taste....

Add your Anthony's Hidden Veggie Pasta

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes

Drain and Enjoy.
