Skinny Blend (shakes) - All I had to do was add the premeasured powder with 8oz of skim milk and mix.  These shakes are a special blend of 7 proteins - that keep you satisfied for upto 4 hours. One serving ONLY has just 100 calories, 1 gram of sugar, 3 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein.

The purpose behind the Skinny Blend is it will boost your protein intake so you keep your metabolism high while you are losing weight.  I absolutely loved the Banana flavored Skinny Blend.  What a great flavor and not far behind my second favorite was chocolate!

Skinny Burn (capsules) have 9 ingredients that work synergistically to help speed up your metabolism, boost your energy, and control your appetite. It contains Raspberry Ketones that have been proven to be very effective in burning body fat along with other ingredients that speed up your metabolism and curb your appetite.

nuNAAT NAAT Treatment Curly Hair Care collection Giveaway / Review $25 Value

Do you suffer from Naturally Curly Hair?

Or do I mean?.....Do you love your Naturally Curly Hair?

I think being fortunate to have curly hair can be a blessing and a curse.  I know I do have natural curl to my hair, but the longer it gets the straighter it becomes.  Even though my hair is fine..the extra weight really ways it down.  And when my hair is shorter the natural curl can at times be unmanageable and even unbearable.

I know the proper haircare products can make a HUGE difference in how my hair responds to day to day living.  So when I was given the opportunity to try out a curly hair care collection from nuNAAT, of course I said yes.  And better yet, nuNAAT has offered to give away the same products I received to one lucky person.  Don't forget to enter for your chance to be the lucky winner!

Let me tell you about this nuNAAT NAAT Treatment Curly Hair Collection.

nuNaat Treatment - Great for Curly Hair - Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Mask and leave in conditioner.

Curly Hair products are created for people with curly hair who wear their hair curly for an increase in bounce and shine. Active natural ingredients include Cupuacu Butter, to provide superior moisturizing abilities, plus the strengthening properties of Keratin Protein.

It also helps to define your natural curls, but keeps them in check.  Bring life back into your dull dry hair!  And NO more frizz!

To be very honest...my most favorite thing about nuNAAT Curly Hair Treatments.....The amazing scent.  I feel like I am on a tropical island...and the scent remains all day.  Especially when I workout!  I LOVE IT!!

My most favorite product I received is the Hair Mask.

It is so thick and provided my hair the moisture it was is need of.  It was simple to use and again smells so good!  All I had to do was leave it on my hair for 10 to 20 minutes and rinse out.  My hair thanks you nuNAAT.

The Shampoo was thin, but made a luxurious lather and was easy to rinse out.  The daily conditioner was also thin, but worked very well.  It felt like it totally rinsed out, yet left my hair feeling and looking healthy.

The Leave-in conditioner was simple and quick to apply to damp hair.  It made my hair much easy to handle and get through while styling.  And it didn't weigh it down.

I can't believe how much nuNAAT's Treatment for curly hair have helped my locks.  Look at my before and after...my hair is curly again!!

So who wants to win the entire collection from nuNAAT for Curly Hair?

Enter below and good luck!

I love new technology and the upgrades that have recently evolved into flat screen tvs and computer monitors to name just a few.

Perky Jerky Christmas Giveaway 12 Chances to Win Over $120 of Beef and Turkey Perky Jerky

Merry Christmas from Perky Jerky!

I was thrilled to be asked by Perky Jerky to help play Santa this Christmas!

And guess what Santa has in his bag??

Ho! Ho! Ho! You are correct.....Lot of bags of Perky Jerky for many good women and men.

How many you ask?

12 Winners will be selected (and if you are REALLY Good!  You can even win more than once!)

Each lucky winner will enjoy 1 (2.2oz) bag of Beef Perky Jerky and 1 (2.2oz) bag of Turkey Perky Jerky ($10 Value!)

Okay, is it true?.....you may not have heard of Santa Perky Jerky?  Well, let me share a little bit about this Jolly o' Man himself.

Yes, he wears a red, soot covered suit and has the jolliest laugh around....And all he carries in his bag is Beef and Turkey Perky Jerky.

Like I shared in a prior review for one of my absolute favorite jerky brands...

"Perky Jerky is the new high-protein, ultra-premium, functional food for active lifestyles taking the nation by storm. They start with premium all natural beef (no MSG, no nitrates), and add a Special 7 ingredient marinade, which includes Guarana, a little berry from the Amazon that is commonly found in energy drinks.

It’s low fat, low carb, low cal and loaded with protein. No preservatives, no sodium nitrates, and no added MSG."

I continue to be mystified by the tenderness of the Perky Jerky. It is tender without losing it Jerky texture and chew. Plus it doesn't get stuck in your teeth. It is ever so slightly sweet, but peppery at times with a balance of spices. It leaves your hands sticky in a good way after enjoying a piece or two (Or the Whole Bag!). I bet you can't resist licking your fingers off.

So are you going to be one or more of the lucky 12 Winners?

Only way to find out if Santa Perky Jerky is going to deliver you a package in time for Christmas Cheer is to enter below.
