I was shocked to find out how many flavors Gnu Foods has created with their Flavor & Fiber line. 

Gnu Foods sent me out amazing samples to review.  I am going to start with the first one I tried and work my way through all SEVEN FLAVORS!!!  But before I dive in....I want everyone to know how chewy and crunchy all the Flavor & Fiber bars were.  They were moist but not wet.  I felt like I was actually eating something, but not chewing on "twigs and bark" as my darling husband says.

Espresso Chip Bar

If you love Strong Coffee, this bar is for you.  It had a very deep and bold flavor of fresh coffee throughout.  I did not find may Chips in my bar, but I did not miss them.  What a great way to jump start my morning.

Chocolate Brownie Bar

Balanced is the best word.  It was not over done with chocolate.  The sweetness was in check and left a pleasant after taste.




Peanut Butter Bar

It tasted just like fresh ground peanut butter.  I love that there is no "fake" taste to any of these healthy bars.  The only thing that could have improved this bar is it being dipped in Dark Chocolate...YUMMM!

Banana Walnut Bar

I could stand and smell this Banana Walnut flavor bar for hours!  It reminded me of being in the kitchen as a child when my mom was baking Homemade Banana Bread.  Very comforting and natural tasting.  A pleasure to eat!



Cinnamon Raisin Bar

The raisins were nice and moist throughout the flavor & fiber bar.  I found the cinnamon to be very strong and over powering.

Orange Cranberry Bar

This was amazing and full of flavor.  I loved the refreshing aroma that greeted me right after I opened the package.  This by far was my FAVORITE!!  The Orange tasted like fresh squeeze orange juice and the cranberries were moist and tart.  It was so pleasing to my palate!  YUMMMMM!!! I need another one.

Lemon Ginger Bar

I am going to share what Gnu's website shares about these bars as I did not enjoy the taste, but I am certain someone who likes fresh ginger would.
