I am sure you will all be shocked to hear...I immediately had to try the Lucy's Chocolate Cookies. They were delicious. Nice and crunchy, but not hard. The chocolate flavor reminded me of cocoa. The were not overly sweet or too chocolaty. A perfect topping to a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
The Ginger Snaps were everything you would expect in such a delightful cookie. They had great texture...crispy and not hard. The spices used really popped in my mouth. It was a flavorful explosion.
But I was shocked at the last cookie I sampled, ended up being my Favorite!! The Maple Bliss are out of this world.....I need more!!! I am trying to find words to express the flavors captured in this light and crispy cookie of Lucy's. These cookies are not too sweet and not overly maply (if that is a word). They are perfection!!
