This gourmet box of sweets contained 18 pieces total and 3 different flavors including:

Carrot Cake, Black Forest and Passion Fruit.

The Passion Fruit was my absolute favorite flavor.  Not only did each bite have the fresh tang from the passion fruit, but I could also taste Tahitian Vanilla.  Each bite left me craving more.  The milk chocolate coating was a perfect addition to this Royal caramel.

Each bite of Black Forest Amella Caramel was blended to perfection.  Amarelle Tart Cherries, Tahitian Vanilla and 70% rich, but not bitter Dark Chocolate.  The flavors combined with the out of this world texture to make a bite size dessert.   

And last but not least the Carrot Cake Amella Caramel.  I would have never thought to combine such ingredients together....but it really works.  I even forgot I was enjoying a caramel.  Fresh carrots, roasted pecans (really helps bring out the nutty flavors), cocoa butter and white chocolate to top it.  When I read the description I was concerned this caramel would be overly sweet.  It is NOT!
