I love being back in shape and search the markets (online and in the stores) for new ways to incorporate healthier food choices. And I am especially on the look out for new ways to enjoy protein. As I start every morning with a protein shake. I find it helps keep me satisfied and maintains my energy level.
So when I found out Well Wisdom was going to send me a full size container of one of their Vital Whey products; I was thrilled.
Of course I had to research their 100% Whey Protein and see why it is different from other proteins out on the market today.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out it is VERY DIFFERENT...In a Great Way.
I love that Well Wisdom uses only the Finest Biologically-Active Non-Denatured Whey Protein. Each container is hormone-treatment free and the cattle are grass fed year round.
So what does that mean to me? It means I can mix up a serving for myself and/or my children and know it is safe.
Vital Whey is easy to mix up - but you need to follow the serving suggestions. Vital Whey is best served when combined with room temperature or cold water, coconut water, milk or milk substitute. Just make sure your add the powdered Vital Whey slowly and stir it with a spoon or fork. But it is most easily mixed with a shaker bottle. And lucky me I have one, I use all the time!

I think what I like the most about Vital Why is one scoop is all you need for a 4oz to 8oz glass (provides 15 grams of protein per serving). I was surprised the first time I mixed it up - as it does grow or should I say foam.
But it is delicious tasting. I chose the Natural Cocoa flavor and it is just that. It tastes so pure and not overly chocolaty.
I use my serving as a post workout meal (and sometimes pre workout). My boys love it as a healthy snack.

ReplyDeleteI have joined a gym last few months. In starting, many person advices me to take a protein powder but I was confused that which one is the best. Then my cousin recommended me Muscle Feast best grass fed whey protein. Really it was awesome protein powder and taste is also good.
