Listen one and all........
I have single handily found the most fabulous and guilt free frozen dessert on the market today!!
A Frozen Treat that is so similar to ice cream...that you will find yourself finishing off an entire pint yourself. Yes an entire pint with NO GUILT!!
But I am proud to say an entire Pint of Arctic Zero fits right in my healthy lifestyle as my evening dessert and it helps to keep me satisfied and full. I am so glad I found Arctic Zero on Facebook and Twitter (If you head on over and like them on these social media outlets..they will count later as entries to win some Arctic Zero of your own).
Did you know you can enjoy a whole pint of Arctic Zero and only consume 150 Calories! Yes, only 150! See I told you this frozen dessert was guilt free.
I still can't believe my taste buds! How can something that looks like ice cream...has the texture of ice cream...and tastes like ice cream...actually be a frozen protein shake?
Well Arctic Zero has accomplished the unthinkable. They have packed in 14 grams of filling protein in each pint. I must do this disclaimer...even though I am unable to stick to just one serving. Per the packaging, one serving of Arctic Zero is actually 1/2 cup which contains 37 calories and 3.4 grams of protein.
I was thrilled when Arctic Zero sent me out an amazing cooler full of Arctic Zero products to review and one lucky winner is going to receive a HUGE Prize Pack, valued at $55. This prize pack includes one pint of each of Arctic Zero's flavors (8 total). As well as 2 boxes of Arctic Zero's 4pk bars. (1 box of Chocolate/Vanilla and 1
box of Strawberry/Orange.)
I must share that Arctic Zero is able to successfully ship this frozen dessert during the intense heat wave. Now that is talent!!! Way to go Arctic Zero!
So many flavors to chose from..8 different flavored pints!!! I must admit that my favorites so far are the Cookies and Cream and the Coffee. But I am certain you will be able to find at least one of Arctic Zero's flavors that you will fall in love with.
I can't get over how smooth and creamy all the flavors have been that I have sampled. But, the trick is to leave your Arctic Zero pint sit out for 5 to 10 minutes before enjoying. Otherwise the frozen dessert will be very hard and difficult to scoop out. But, once it as warmed up a little bit, the transformation into a rich and creamy protein dessert happens. A dessert with Zero Fat, Gluten Free, Lactose Free and low on the glycemic index, which makes it work for type 2 diabetics. My boys have snuck a few bites of my Arctic Zero and they wanted more as it is delicious.
Don't worry if you are a choco-holic like me, Arctic Zero has you dipped or should I say covered? They offer delightful Arctic Zero Bars.
These Bars come in four different flavors, but each bar is then dipped into a wonderful dark chocolate coating. And these indulgent frozen treats will only cost you 85 calories per bar. I know you are going to be shocked...but my favorite bar was the chocolate, covered in chocolate....Make sure to let you bar warm up just like the pint, otherwise I had problems with my bar sectioning off the stick. But I don't mind...I just grab a plate and a spoon and enjoy!

**Okay I have a confession to make right now...I am sitting at my computer and it is 11:02 pm and I only have 1/4 more of my pint of Cookies and Cream to finished off.***
Yes, I know I am currently on an amazing nutritional meal plan! And yes, I know that I need to watch everything I am eating so I can shed off all those years of excess pounds! But I am proud to say an entire Pint of Arctic Zero fits right in my healthy lifestyle as my evening dessert and it helps to keep me satisfied and full.
