I am so excited to be hosting another Giveaway!!! I was thrilled to find out I was accepted to be a Purex Insider! Which now has given me to opportunity to share my knowledge of Purex products and share some of those products with my followers!
Entry information at the bottom of my post.
One new Line Purex has on the market is called Purex Complete Crystals Softener. I was lucky and received a free sample from Purex and tried it out! I love it and I am amazed at how long the scent remains! Plus if you add a few of the crystals into your vacuum cleaner it makes your whole house smell fresh and clean!
So, What IS it?
Purex® Complete Crystals Softener is a tiny crystalized fabric softener that you add directly to your washing machine, in with your clothes and detergent at the beginning of every wash cycle to infuse fabrics with long lasting fragrance.
Why these crystals vs. traditional liquid fabric softener?
Purex® Complete Crystals Softener works differently than traditional oil-based softeners that coat fabrics with oily residue. It actually infuses fibers with long-lasting fragrance while softening at the same time. In addition, since you add it directly with your laundry, this means no more waiting for the rinse cycle, no messy residual gunk in your washing machine, and no more stains from spilling liquid fabric softener.
Is it safe?
Yes! – it is safe for all fabrics, including baby clothes, athletic wear, towels, and whites. Unlike other softeners, Crystals WILL:
• Preserve the flame retardant benefits of your children’s clothes
• Retain your athletic wear’s wicking ability which draws sweat away from your body
• Maintain your towels’ built-in ability to absorb water
• Keep your white clothing from yellowing and graying vs. using traditional softeners
The product won’t harm your clothes and is safe and convenient for the entire family! It is also safe for use in both Standard and High Efficiency (HE) washers.
Purex Complete Crystals Softener is available in three fragrances:
Fresh Spring Waters, Lavender Blossom, and Tropical Splash.
Now for the Giveaway information.....

Good Luck Everyone and Happy Laundry Day!
I looked at this link: Wondering what the little symbols on the care tags in your clothes mean? Those laundry symbols tell you how to take care of your clothes, and in general, show the maximum treatment a garment can handle. Click on any symbol and we’ll tell you what it means.
ReplyDeleteNow I know what those symbols mean - the iron was self-explanatory but I didn't know most of the others.

I now see that you wrote this in your entry, but I didn't see until I went to the Purex site that you add the crystals WITH THE DETERGENT! Score! Before, I was thinking, "Hmm...I don't know if I even want to win this, because I can't babysit the laundry to add the softener" (I usually just use dryer sheets.) But, now I'm excited and want to try it!

HE washers tend to produce more suds than regular machines due to the back and forth tumbling action during wash cycles. Since they also use less water, suds are not as easily rinsed away. This can cause excess soils and foam to build up inside the machine, which may lead to odors, overflow, or machine malfunctions. Purex Dual Compatible formula detergents are specially formulated to generate less foam than regular detergents, which helps keep your washer functioning properly over time.
