Transform Michelina's into a Lunch time favorite! Make It Your Michelina's.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Michelina's for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Lunch…Lunch while working…Lunch during a quick break…Lunch during a busy week.  How boring does that sound?  I know, it is so difficult to change things up in a hurry to make something quick and special; and better yet, something that you will actually enjoy eating.

That is where Michelina’s comes into help save your boring lunch plans.  Michelina’s can be found in your frozen meal section of your grocery store.  Michelina’s is famous for using their Italian heritage with American innovation.

I love how they offer new flavors, but still using traditional recipes.  All their food is made from fresh ingredients but are still affordable to purchase and enjoy.  How can someone go wrong?  Afforable, fresh and quick, sounds like a perfect combination for lunch.  And better yet, they offer a line called, Michelina’s Lean Gourmet®.  So if you are watching your calories or weight you now can enjoy a line of products from Michelina’s.

But, if you want to take your frozen Michelina’s lunch to the next level; why not try one of the many recipes that are shared via their website and even bloggers online.  Make It Your Michelina’s.  I can’t believe all the very simple and easy ways to transform a Michelina’s meal into a lunch time perfection for your palette.

I think my top 3 recipes would have to be to.....

Lettuce Wraps (How simple and they sound amazing!  All you need is Michelina’s Chicken Fried Rice, Iceburg Lettuce and Soy Sauce and Sriracha Sauce if you like.)

Michelina’s Gyro (This is a little more complex but I think would be worth your little bit of extra time.  For this recipe you would need Michelina’s Ziti Parmesano, Pita bread, mushrooms, pepperoni slices ( I plan on trying turkey pepperoni  for less calories) and if you like…parmesan cheese.)

Stuffed Peppers (This has only two ingredients but take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare.  (The two ingredients are Michelina’s Sweet & Sour Chicken and bell peppers!)

So get busy and play with your food.  What recipe would you like to try or even better yet…what recipe would you create with your Michelina’s frozen lunch?  I would love to know!  And I am certain Michelina's would love to read about it via their social media.  So make sure to...

Follow Michelina's on Facebook and Follow Michelina’s on Twitter.  That way you are ready to share your new creation.

Like it Spicy? Want to up the veggies? Or maybe add some bacon? The options are endless!
