It is true!!

Just one single serve packet of All Day Energy Greens (ADEG) exceeds the equivalent of 5 servings of Fruits and Veggies!

I can't get over that something so simple to mix up and enjoy can have such huge benefits.  I was provided a free two week sample of ADEG and learned first hand how to make this green drink and reap the benefits.

First a little bit on how to mix and drink ADEG.  It is suggested to mix one packet with 6 to 8 oz. of water, juice or even in your favorite smoothie.

I tried it with water first and I was pleased on how well it dissolved in the water.  It made for a nice refreshing and earthy smooth textured energy drink.

Since I drank my All Day Energy Greens in the morning, I also loved to add it to a nice cold glass of orange juice.  The combination really worked out well.  And started my mornings out on the right foot.  I could feel the instant energy boost that got me through even the busiest day.

I think the reason my energy level was instant after drinking ADEG (but without jittery side effects) is that the way these greens are combined make it easy to digest.  So, where All Day Energy Greens digest easily, it allows your body to absorb all the minerals and vitamins easily to get you going and going and going through your day.

I am still in awe after I researched All Day Energy Greens and learned what it provides your body in a simple drink.  ADEG provides 37 times the calcium, more than 2 times the magnesium, 4 times the iron and almost 25 times the potassium of wheat per serving.  As a woman and a woman that workouts all the time....all these features are perfect for my body and keeping me on the right track for success.

And the specifics listed above don't even began to touch all the amazing components of All Day Energy Greens.  Just to explain briefly, ADEG has 38 natural superfoods in high-octane drink!

So what are you waiting for? You need to make the choice today to get the energy and health benefits for a simple glass of All Day Energy Greens.  It has made a huge difference in my life and energy level.

  2. That's awesome! I try really hard to get a good balance of veggies in my diet, but sometimes I don't quite get there. I think I need something like this to fill in the nutritional gaps. If I can get my son to drink it, that would be even better.

  5. I've never heard of this before. I've had wheat grass before and I'd imagine anything tastes better than that. lol I'd probably mix mine with OJ or in a smoothie!

  7. Good to know. I can't get my son to eat veggies. He asks for cantelope and watermelon, etc. but no veggies. Once in a blue moon he'll go for carrots. Gonna try this.

  9. Last year I restarted my regular exercise regime after realizing what a few years of unbalance had done to my once fit body. I also started getting more greens in my diet with great effects.
