My Well-Being Experience and Free Dummies Book

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of My Well-Being Powered by Humana for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I just recently found out about a great and free website that helps keep me on track, in every sense of the word.  It helps keep me in touch with my health, money, people in my life and even making sure I take time to play.

It is called….My Well-Being and it is free to join.

Once you join you can even are eligible for “perks” like the FREE Dummies book.  It is called Well-Being for Dummies.  I can’t wait for it to arrive in the mail at no cost to me.  But if you are not interest in this book you can chose from some other great titles too.

About MyWell-Being from mywell-being on Vimeo.

The first thing I noticed when I signed up (which by the way is very simple and quick) it how personalized it is.  I was surprise it even includes the temperature in my city.  The site is so easy and free to navigate.  Across the top of the main page has an easy to read tab tool bar.  I like how I just move my curser over the tab, like “Health” and automatically it drops down a screen that gives you more options.

I still can’t believe this site powered by Humana is free.  The games offered are a great way to escape for a minute or two during a hectic day to re-charge my batteries.  They even have free well written articles about topics I would love to know more about like “Is Saving or Paying Down Debt Wiser?”.

Well-Being offered a great “My Well-Being Assessment” that helps you from day to day and gives you tools to improve your current day and the following.  And for the frugal like me, “The Marketplace” is for you and me.  You can find member online offers and discounts.

I am so glad I am able to share this Well-Being with all of you.  I know you will find many things for Free that will help you on your daily adventure, called life.  I can’t wait to share it with my mom and get her to sign up.  That way she can subscribe for Free to GRAND magazine, via digital subscription for just being a free member of Well-Being.

Thank you Well-Being for filling a void in my life.  For giving me the tools to help improve; in all the important and some forgotten about areas about health and wellness in my daily routine.
