100 Percent Natural Nectresse Sweetener Free Sample and Recipe for Peach Bread

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of NECTRESSE™Sweetener for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
Summer may be winding up, but the fresh fruit of summer and early fall is just making its ways into all of our stores along with a NEW sweetener and this Lisa Ling’s favorite.
See what Lisa Ling has to say and share the message today.

It is called NECTRESSE™Sweetener and is from the maker of Splenda.  I love that is has no calories and can be used just like sugar.  When I say just like sugar; I am trying to say is it can be added to your favorite beverages and foods, including baking.  It is made from Monk Fruit.  Monk fruit is a small green melon that has grown in remote mountain regions of Asia for 100’s of years.
Nectresse is available in packets and canisters for ease of use at grocery stores, drug stores, supercenters and online.  I received a box of Nectresse to sample and review.  I was in love with the granular texture of this no calorie sweetener.

It is just like sugar, only sweeter.  It doesn’t taste fake, just naturally sweet.
I decided to try Nectresse sweetener in my favorite Peach Bread Recipe.

Here’s the recipe with the adjustment for Nectresse, no calorie sweetener.

1 egg
24 packets of Nectresse
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup of fresh diced peaches
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
(Combination of Nectresse and ground cinnamon for topping on bread)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour one 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.

In a bowl beat the egg lightly.  Blend in Nectresse, apple sauce and vanilla.

Add flour baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon – mix to just combine.
Stir in the fresh diced peaches.  Pour into prepared pan.

Sprinkle with Nectresse/ground cinnamon topping.

Bake for about one hour or until tooth pick insert comes out clean.

My peach bread turned out delicious.  No one even knew I didn’t use “real sugar”, including the cinnamon sugar topping.  So I consider Nectresse a HUGE success!
