Wow! Where do I begin??  First of all I need to let you all know how HUGE these Marshmallows are.  They are the "King Kong" of any Marshmallow I have ever experienced...in size and in flavor!

I am going to let me nose tell me which Marshmallow to talk about first...The Roasted Coconut!  Oh, yes the Roasted Coconut...just a second while I wipe the corners of my mouth.  I salivate just thinking about them...that is how good they are!

I was able to smell the heavenly Roasted, toasted coconut when I opened up the package.  I am such a Coconut Lover...This was and is a perfect marriage!  The marshmallow is nice a fluffy, but not too mushy and not to firm...it was just right (I feel like Goldie Locks).  The roasted coconut permeated the entire marshmallow to perfection! YUMMMMMM.....

The 240 Sweet Chocolate Chocolate Chip is any chocolate lovers dream (Yes!  I am a Chocolate Lover!)  The fluffy mallow is dark chocolate and then is coated in chocolate chips!  What a brilliant idea!  Thank you 240 Sweet!  I just want to note...some how this Chocolate Overdose was not overly sweet, it was well balanced and I enjoyed the textures.

(I need to confess!  I hid these 240 Sweet Marshmallow from my boys.  I feel so guilty, but enjoyed every last bite!)

What Makes 240 Sweet Different?

"We craft our treats in small batches with local, all-natural and organic ingredients. First, we look for local foods to flavor the marshmallows. If we can't find items locally, we make sure to use organic. We don't use any preservatives, stabilizers, artificial colors or artificial flavors. 240Sweet treats include Michigan beet sugar, Ohio glucose and Indiana corn starch. We use organic Tahitian beans to make our own vanilla extract.

Our customers often comment on the minimal packaging of our treats. Since there isn't an outer box, no resources are wasted. The ribbon across the top of the bag is made in the United States and is the greenest option available to reclose the packaging. The labels are printed just a few miles from our kitchen."

240 Sweet suggest sampling all of their flavors both as they come and lightly toasted (a gas burner or grill comes in handy for this).  Since they use real powdered sugar to coat the puffs, they create a slightly crunchy crust when toasted.  **I wasn't patient enough to  toast any I received...they were just perfect in my eyes they way they arrived.**

I almost forgot....the 240 Sweet Ultra Rich Blend of their Hot Chocolate...."A decadent chocolate mix for use as a fondue or hot chocolate with a split vanilla bean and mini chocolate chips."  This was such a relaxing gourmet experience in a cup!  This is not like any store bought mix.  The mix blended perfectly into my hot mug of milk...it was so silky smooth.
